Our work is guided by the following principles:

• No matter what differences of opinion may arise, we do not engage our clients in disrespectful, aggressive, mean-spirited, revengeful, or malevolent communications or behavior

• We do not engage in any activities harmful to our clients, such as financial fraud, psychological abuse or domination, personal deception, or unscrupulous manipulations of our clients.

• We assist clients who we accept to read for and set reasonable, mutually agreed upon, time slots for reading.

• There are no "hidden fees" or "add-ons" after a stated price is agreed upon for any reading.

• Our services are not misrepresented in our advertizing: no promises, guarantees, or claims of results are made that are false in order to increase interest in our services. 

• If it is believed that a client may be in need of mental health evaluation or care, medical examination or treatment, or legal advice or services, and we are not personally qualified in such fields, they are referred to a qualified professional or agency. 

• When a client's requirements are outside our scope of metaphysical practice or area of specialization, they are notified of this. 

• The study, application, and advancement of knowledge and understanding of divination and related fields is sought, in the interests of offering a higher standard of excellence in our readings. 

• The privacy of clients is safeguarded and their readings are protected by confidentiality.

• The personal rights of clients, colleagues, and other professionals are respected.

• The public is addressed with a standard of professionalism, and is offered honesty and upright dealings to maintain this standard.

• Clients are served to the best of our abilities within the scope of our knowledge, training, and experience.

• Dedication to providing compassionate and competent services.

• Abiding by the laws of the county, state, province, or nation in which readings take place.
